Here are the most common questions answered:
Is there a group size maximum? Most wineries limit groups to no more than 6 people, on average, though many do have special reservations or arrangements available for larger groups. Read on for more!
Can I come on a bus or limo? Some wineries do not allow buses or limos at all. Many do with specific reservations. Always research and confirm winery policies before booking transportation.
Do I need reservations or may I simple walk in? The vast majority of wineries accept walk-in visitors. Each winery’s individual policy is outlined below. We keep this list as up to date as possible.

Anthony Road Wine Company: Open every day, 11am-5pm, last tasting is seated at 4pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online or by calling (315) 536-2182. Maximum group size is 6 people, no splitting large groups. Please allow 45 minutes for your tasting.
Atwater Estate Vineyards: Open every day, 11am-6pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged for tastings. Group size maximum is 4 people. To learn more, click here.
Belhurst Estate Winery: Open every day, 10am-8pm. Last tasting served at 7pm. For groups of 8 or less, there are no reservations required. For groups of 9 or more (maximum of 20), please visit their website to request a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Groups are not allowed to split up. If a group arrives with 9 or more without a reservation, they will not be accommodated. No limos or buses on the property after 12 noon (unless they have a confirmed reservation).
Boundary Breaks: Open every day, 11am-5pm for tastings. No reservations required. Tastings are offered as a choice of any 5 wines from the tasting menu. Maximum group size is 6 people, no exceptions and no splitting large groups. Visit BoundaryBreaks.com for more information.
Castel Grisch Winery: Open Sunday-Wednesday, 11am-6pm; Thursday-Saturday, 11am-8pm. No reservations required. Maximum group size is 6 people. Tastings are offered as a flight-style or staff guided. Caywood Vineyards: Open Wednesday through Sunday, 11am-5pm (closed Monday and Tuesday). No reservations required for groups of 10 or less. CK Cellars: Open every day, 10am-5pm. No reservations required for groups up to 12 people. For groups of 13-40 people, please call 315-536-1210 to inquire about a reservation. Check their website or call for holiday hours and seasonal changes.
Fox Run Vineyards: Open Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm; Sunday, 11am-5pm. The last wine tasting is 30 minutes before closing time. No reservations required. Wine tastings are first come, first served. They offer 4 different pre-selected flights. Maximum group size is 12 people. Buses, limos, and/or vans must arrive before 2pm. Please click here for additional details.
Fruit Yard Winery: Open Saturdays 10 am – 5 pm. Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays 11 am – 4 pm. Closed: Mon, Tues, Wed. We welcome parties of up to 6 people, without reservations, as space & staffing allows. Advance reservations required for groups of 7-10 people, to be made 72 hours in advance, with appointments between 10 am – Noon . Fulkerson Winery: Tastings are available daily from 10am-4:45pm. Walk-ins welcome based upon availability. Groups of 6-20 people, reservations REQUIRED. Groups of 21 and more people, reservation required with a 10-day notice. To make a reservation, please call 607-243-7883.
Glenora Wine Cellars: Open Sunday-Thursday, 10am-5pm; Friday and Saturday, 10am-6pm for regular tastings, no reservations required. Learn more about our Sparkling Sunday mimosa flights and our Chocolate & Wine tastings. No groups larger than 8. Unable to accommodate buses and limousines. Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards: Open Monday-Saturday, 10am-5:30pm & Sunday 11am-5:30pm. Choose 6 wines, ciders, or wine seltzers with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn. All group sizes are welcome. Hickory Hollow Wine Cellars: Open Thursday-Monday, 11am-5pm. Group size maximum of 6 people. Reservations are helpful but not necessary. If you’d like to call ahead before visiting: 607-243-9114. No busses, please. Limos with 6 people or fewer, please call ahead: 607-243-9114. Learn more here.
Idol Ridge Winery: Open daily 10am-5pm. Tasting bar closes 15 minutes before closing. Enjoy a traditional tasting of both our wines and Alder Creek spirits or sip on a wine, cocktail, or mimosa flight. Our tasting room also offers homemade fudge, local bites, and gifts. J.R. Dill Winery: Open Monday-Saturday, 11a-6pm; Sunday, 11am-5pm. No reservations required. Groups are limited to 6 people maximum. Tastings are available as flights of your choice. Please click here to learn more.
Lakewood Vineyards: Open Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm. Reservations are recommended. Parties with reservations will be given priority. Walk-ins taken as space allows. Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars: Open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm. Tastings are available by reservation only, with a maximum group size of 6 people. Reservations can be made by calling the winery at 607.582.6011. To learn more, please click here.
Leidenfrost Vineyards: Open 7 days a week: 10:00-5:00, last seating for tastings at 4:30. Tastings available on a first-come, first served basis for groups of less than 8, though reservations for groups of 6 or more are strongly advised and can be made by emailing leidenfrostbooking@gmail.com. Miles Wine Cellars: Open daily, 10am-5pm. No reservations required for parties up to 9 people. They will accept up to 30 people with a reservation and a deposit – please click here for those complete details. Tasting options include your choice of wine, beer, cider or spirit flights.
Prejean Winery: Open Sunday-Thursday, 10am-6pm; Friday and Saturday, 10am-6:30pm. No reservations required for groups of 6 or less. Groups of 7–10, please call first. Wine tastings are offered as your choice of any five wines from our tasting menu. They also offer wine by the glass or bottle, local craft beer for tasting or by the pint and snacks. Red Newt Cellars: Open Daily 11am-5pm. Traditional (Stand-up) Tastings are available on a first come first serve basis – no reservations are available for the Tasting Bar. Our seated experience (reservations required) includes wine by the flight, glass, bottle, and Red Newt Tadpole. Last seated experience is offered at 4pm. Seneca Shore Wine Cellars: Open Daily 10am–5pm (last tasting at 4:30 pm). Parties of up to 6 people welcome as space & staffing allows. Groups of 7-10 people, please request a reservation at least 72 hours in advance. We are a small winery, so Buses & Limos are not accepted. Tabora Farm & Winery: Open daily 11am-5pm, for flight-style, seated tastings. Reservations appreciated, walk-ins accepted on a first come, first served basis. Group size maximum is 8 people. Three Brothers Wineries & Estates: Open daily. Hours change seasonally. We do not accept buses or limos on the estate. To make a reservation online or for more information please click here.

Ventosa Vineyards: Open every day, 10am-5pm, Sundays 12-5pm, & open until 8pm on Wednesdays. No reservations for groups of 6 or fewer.
