Open Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, 10am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-6pm. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Our name refers to the tradition of toasting wine barrels which enhance the character and flavors imparted to wine during the aging process. It also stands for our never ending journey to produce exceptional wine and celebrate our customers. Our wine is a toast to you – cheers!
Toast Winery started as a dream of owners Mike and Jayne Gibbs.
You can find Jayne in the tasting room, keeping things humming along, focused on providing that same experience that formed her own passions for this business, providing exceptional service and curating unique retail goods for your shopping pleasure.
While Mike may make an occasional appearance out front, you’ll mostly find him in the back fermenting, experimenting and continually learning to put the best product in your glass that he can.
At Toast Winery, we are pleased to share a wide variety of wines from dry, vinifera whites and reds to fun, fruity native varieties, including Riesling, Blaufrankisch, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Franc, Dry Rosé, Port, as well as iced wines and bubbly. We do not require reservations to visit and welcome guests on a walk-in basis; first come, first served.
Groups of 8-20 (even if arriving in multiple vehicles) are required to make a reservation. Our maximum group size (this includes all individuals tasting or not) is 20.
Reservations should be made at least 7 days in advance, if less than 24 hours you will need to call the winery ahead to inquire about availability.
Parties of over 20 are by special request only and need to email toastwineryflx@gmail.com to inquire about availability.
Groups of 8-20 are offered 3 different flight options for $12.
