These are the famous words of our late founder, Jerry Hazlitt, that we live by every day. Wine tours and tasting is fun and we make sure to keep it that way! You can relax, unwind, and enjoy award-winning wine with lighthearted stories, interesting facts and smiles.
Our casual approach to wine tasting allows you to spend a little more time learning about wine in an informal atmosphere, without the intimidation. Lively conversation, freshly popped popcorn and our friendly wine guides can’t wait to meet you!

It’s one of passion and perseverance, and is driven by our desire to bring people together to laugh, enjoy, and create their own stories with unique, high-quality products like Red Cat.
Enjoy a tasting lead by our wine guides while sitting around the famous horseshoe bar. Choose any 6 wines, ciders or wine seltzers from the list to taste. Tastings are served with complimentary freshly popped popcorn and you a receive a poker chip valued at $3 that can be used toward wine, cider, or wine seltzer purchases in the gift shop. Tastings are $10 per person.
We also offer a wine by the glass menu, non-alcohol beverages, and wine slushies that can be enjoyed at our high-top table area or outdoors with views of the sparkling ponds, rolling hills, and a cool bar that we call The Oasis.
Our tasting room is open daily and welcomes all group sizes. However, we do recommend reservations for groups of 8+; please call 607-546-9463. Private tastings are available by reservation only (24 hours in advance) for groups up to 12.
