With two restaurants also on-site, Edgar’s Restaurant in the Castle and Stonecutters Tavern, there is something for everyone’s taste buds! Book a weekend getaway at one of our three hotels or pamper yourself in our Isabella Spa-Salon.
We offer wine, beer and cider tastings, as well as specialty tastings like wine and cheese!
Our tasting room welcomes individuals, couples and groups of 8 or less during regular business hours with no reservation required. For groups of 8 or less, you do not need a reservation. It is first come, first served and walk-ins are welcomed.
If you would like to visit in a group of 9 or more people, you can make a reservation between 10 am – 1 pm. We require reservations well in advance of your visit, as many dates fill up quickly. Please submit a reservation request on our website here. Please note this is not a formal reservation. It is a reservation request. Please allow 1-2 days for a response that we can accommodate your group and confirm your reservation.
The standard tasting fee is $10 per flight for wines and $6 per flight for beers and $6 per flight for ciders.
Limos or buses without a reservation will not be permitted on property, no exceptions. Limos or buses are not allowed on the property after 12 p.m. Please call 315-781-0201 Ext. 8 for group reservations. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff looks forward to making your visit one to remember!
