One pairing no one can object to is the mouthwatering combination of wine and cheese. Each is delicious on its own, but when you pair the two, magic can happen. Be it tannic, light, sweet, or dry, you can bet there’s a wine out there for every cheese.

Join us February 24th, and again on March 10th, for Preferred Pairings. Preferred Pairings is a series of two, one day events, February 24th or March 10th, featuring intimate wine and cheese pairings at Seneca Lake wineries. Each participating winery will serve their wines with local cheeses made by Finger Lakes creameries.

Preferred Pairings is co-sponsored by the Finger Lakes Cheese Alliance, a nonprofit showcasing the area’s local artisan, family-made, farm fresh cheeses.

Date: March 10, 2018
