“Vachel Mitchell, “Chef Mitch,” is a native of New York’s Southern Tier region and has been Executive Chef at the Ginny Lee Café at Wagner Vineyards since 2003. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y., his experience ranges from intimate café dining to corporate food service. Mitchell is inspired by French and American cuisines while infusing local ingredients and styles.”
