At a strapping 6 ft. 3, classically trained executive chef Michael Gaudio is a commanding figure in the kitchen, demanding excellence in his team and every ingredient, even when he isn’t holding a knife. As many great chef stories go, chef Michael got his start in the culinary world as a young dishwasher. Just trying to make a few bucks, he subconsciously fell in love with the industry and has tirelessly worked his way up through the ranks ever since. Today, almost 18 years later, award-winning executive chef Michael Gaudio leads a skilled professional culinary team producing remarkable dishes in the bustling Finger Lakes region of New York.
