Growing up in the Finger Lakes under the tutelage of Deb Whiting (Red Newt Bistro) and Dano Hutnik (Dano’s), Colin quickly recognized his passion for the culinary arts. With his degree from the New England Culinary Institute, Colin enjoyed a variety of epicurean ventures furthering his depth of expertise. Now, Colin enjoys bringing back his farm-to-table foundations at the 3812 Bistro @ Lakeside Resort, pairing his thoughtful creations with regional craft beer and wines.
