Castel Grisch is pairing up with local chef, Michael Dean for a unique pairing of local fare and hand crafted wines. Chef Michael Dean, a Dundee alum, with a degree from Cornell’s esteemed hospitality program, has a wide variety of culinary influences. Starting off at a fine dining french restaurant, Le Cirque in NYC, Michael’s path took him through New Orleans’ french quarter to the far east cuisine at P.F. Chang’s. Recently, he and his wife, Lisa, have established “Dean Lane Bed and Breakfast and Catering,” offering a farmstead setting and food experience, unlike anything our area has seen. Focused on raising all natural, quality ingredients, Dean Lane brings all Michael’s passions together where he can be both the farm and the table. From breakfast at the farm to catering large weddings, Michael’s passion for food comes through on every dish. We hope you enjoy our offerings.
