The Seneca Lake Wine Trail is excited to debut its first-ever Seneca Lake Wine & Experience Auction, including two evenings of special events at the elegant Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the New York State Children’s Alliance (NYSCA).

WHAT TO EXPECT

The in-person events will feature a silent auction, tastings of some of the region’s most coveted wines, delicious food, and live entertainment. Aside from the great food, wine, entertainment, and auction opportunities, you may even find yourself hobnobbing with winemakers and winery owners!

It all culminates in a live auction on Saturday night, during which attendees can bid on VIP winery experiences, harvest packages, overnight stays at member wineries, and much more.

In terms of dress, we encourage you to dress to impress, but also want everyone to comfortable. There is no official dress code.

TICKET OPTIONS

The lodging package offers the best deal: 2 nights at the luxurious Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, plus tickets to both evening events for two people. If you don’t want to stay overnight, there are event-only tickets available but remember, the live auction is only Saturday night. If you can’t attend in person, you can always bid in the online auction.

THE BEST VALUE: WEEKEND PACKAGE WITH LODGING

Includes: 2 night stay at the Harbor Hotel (Friday and Saturday night) and all taxes and gratuity, sparkling wine welcome at check-in, 2 tickets to both the Friday and Saturday evening events including wine tastings and food. Act fast, there are only 100 of these packages available!

FRIDAY EVENING, EVENT-ONLY TICKETS

Includes: a sparkling wine welcome, sophisticated hors d’oeuvres and grazing stations (menu coming soon!), wine tasting, live music, and the opportunity to bid on the silent auction items. There is no live auction on Friday night. Act fast, there are only 90 of these tickets available!

SATURDAY EVENING, EVENT-ONLY TICKETS

Includes: a sparkling wine welcome, elaborate food stations including a raw bar, shrimp, and prime rib, among other delectable food (menu coming soon!). Plus, wine tasting during the event, live music, and the opportunity to bid on the silent auction items, as well as participate in the Saturday evening live auction. Act fast, there are only 100 of these tickets available!

ONLINE AUCTION

The online auction is open for bidding and will remain open online until 12am on Thursday, February 8, 2023. At the close of the online portion, the highest bids from each item will be transferred to in-person bid sheets for a silent auction at the in-person event. Silent auction items will be open for bidding during the Friday evening in-person event and Saturday evening in-person event. The silent auction will close at 7:30pm on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Winners will be notified by phone, email, or in-person at the event (if in attendance).

LIVE AUCTION

The live auction takes place on Saturday, February 11, 2023, during the in-person event and is only open to in-person event ticketholders. The live auction will include experiences that are designed to be once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that aren’t available anywhere else!
