About Seneca Lake Pure Waters Association

Seneca Lake Pure Waters Association exists to Preserve, Protect, and Promote Seneca Lake water quality for all who have the privilege of knowing it. As a non-profit organization, Pure Waters depends on memberships and donations to build programs that work to resolve the diverse set of threats that Seneca Lake and its watershed residents face.

Dive into our new wine, whiskey, & cheese bar experience on Seneca Lake. Its decor is tailored with oars, fishing gear, and pictures of George Martin fishing with his father, whom we called Pa. Offering four wine and cheese pairings, five bottles of you choice of wine, one bottle of whiskey, and four complimentary wine glasses.

VIP Tour and Tasting for 4 Fox Run Vineyards

Take a private, VIP Tour with President and Co-Owner, Scott Osborn! You’ll get an incredible, behind-the-scenes look at Fox Run Vineyards. Scott takes you on a personal tour of the estate, through the vineyards and winemaking facility. After the tour, he will host a private wine tasting with you in the historic barrel room—our restored dairy barn from the 1800s. The tasting includes wines specially selected by Scott. Additionally, our chef, Brud Holland, will craft a special cheese and charcuterie board for you to enjoy and pair with our wines. Brud uses high-quality, locally sourced ingredients in all of his culinary creations. This unique opportunity is a great way to get to know the real people behind the wines, and have an incredibly personalized experience in the Finger Lakes.

Wine Tasting in the Vineyard at Fulkerson Winery

Enjoy a vertical Riesling Tasting (up to 4 people) in one of our oldest Riesling vineyards, with our Winemaker! Gain some history and behind the scenes knowledge of this popular variety and our award-winning wines. This tasting includes samples of all our Riesling wines (Reserve Riesling-Bunch Select, Dry Riesling, Semi-Dry Riesling, Sweet Riesling, and Riesling Iced Wine).

Home Winemaking Package from Fulkerson Winery

One-on-One Home Winemaking Lesson! This package includes a one-on-one private lesson with one of our winemakers, a Beginner’s Wine Making Equipment Kit, five gallons of fresh grape juice (variety depends upon availability) and of course follow-up assistance! This package is seasonal, the winning bidder must contact Fulkerson Winery to book this experience. Grape juices are only available for a limited time (mid-September through mid-October)
