• Immersive Vineyard Experience at Wagner Vineyards: get a front-row seat to the most exciting time of the year, as our estate winery harvests the fruit used to make our award-winning wines. You’ll get to see the entire process in just one day, from riding on the harvester to standing on the crush pad as the grapes get ready for fermentation. Your group also will receive a case of wine made from the grapes you helped harvest. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
• The Fox Run Experience: Join us for an exclusive experience alongside our winemakers, co-owners, and chef. Our featured auction item offers an elevated experience at Fox Run Vineyards. Beginning with an extensive tour of our vineyards and winemaking facility at 11:00AM, guided by our Co-Owner and President, Scott Osborn. During the tour, meet our head winemaker, Craig Hosbach, sample unreleased wines, and gain insights into our winemaking processes, all while having the opportunity to ask any questions. Following the tour, guests will head into our historic barrel room for a personalized lunch crafted by our Chef, Brud Holland. Co-Owner Scott Osborn will join the lunch, engaging in discussions about the wine and food pairings. Accommodates up to 8 guests.
  
• Make the Wine, Dine, and Sleep Among the Vines at Glenora Wine Cellars: go behind the scenes with the winemaking team to customize a case of Brut to your liking. After tasting various levels of dosage, guests will personally disgorge and dosage a custom case of Brut to their specific taste. Each couple will take home a case of their personalized bottles with a Master of Dosage certificate. After your dosage experience, you’ll check into the Inn at Glenora, where you will enjoy a one night stay in two of the Inn’s smartly appointed guestrooms – each with its own private outdoor space for enjoying stunning views of Seneca Lake and the vineyards. To end your day, you’ll enjoy dinner for four at the on-site seasonally driven restaurant Veraisons, where you’ll enjoy a chef-inspired meal. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
• Fall Vineyard Experience at Boundary Breaks: enjoy this immersive experience featuring an educational session with the owner, Bruce Murray, test grape chemistry, and sample wine from ranging vintages.
• VIP Experience with the Winemaker at Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards: enjoy this private tasting and tour with Hazlitt’s vinifera winemaker, Michael Reidy. Reidy will take you on a tour of the wine cellar and barrel room, as well as walk you through a private tasting of current releases and library wines. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
• Library Tasting the Winemaker at Hickory Hollow Wine Cellars: get to meet and interact with Nathan Kendall, one of the region’s top young winemakers. He’ll serve a private tasting of library wines, with food pairings included. Accommodates up to 4 guests.
• Sip and Stay on the Ridge at Idol Ridge Winery: luxury overnight accommodations on Seneca Lake with a unique wine and food pairing experience with the winemaker! Choose between having your tasting provided in the comfort of your on-site cottage or taking a short walk to the winery to enjoy all that the tasting room has to offer.
• Overnight in Downtown Watkins Glen, plus a Vineyard and Winemaking Tour at J.R. Dill Winery: stay two nights at one of the newest boutique hotels in the area: The Benjamin Hotel. Go behind the scenes with owner and winemaker Jeff Dill as he tours you through the vineyards where he sources his fruit, as well as the production facility. This experience also includes a guided tasting with Jeff. Accommodates 2 guests.
• Harvest Experience at Lakewood Vineyards: join Lakewood’s cellar team during a day of harvest fun. Includes a one-night stay at a local hotel and lunch and dinner with members of the Lakewood Team. Accommodates 2 guests.
• Estate Tour & Wine Tasting at Hillick and Hobbs: Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs estate vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. You will be welcomed into the vineyard with a glass of our inaugural vintage of riesling, then set off on a hike of the estate. The experience concludes with a complete vertical tasting of both library and current vintages of our Estate Dry Rieslings plus a soon to be released barrel aged Riesling.
