Toast the night away at Fox Run’s Valentine’s Day Dinner! This five course dinner delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run’s wines- a combination that is too good to resist.

Let us treat you with five delicious courses prepared by Chef Brud Holland paired with five incredible wines in our historic barrel room (plus a few surprises!). These wines are chosen specifically for this romantic evening. This is a truly unique event that you do not want to miss!

Course 1:

Cauliflower & lump crab soup garnished with pork belly crisps paired with 2019 Kaiser Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay

Course 2:

Love Point raw oyster, Giant shrimp, Smoked trout with garlic toast paired with 2017 Blanc de Blancs

Course 3:

Pea shoots, pickled beets, thin sliced duck breast, roasted garlic/squash seed oil dressing paired with 2020 Semi-Dry Riesling & 2019 Meritage

Course 4:

Crown of Beef & Biscuit- Rosenkrans beef tenderloin sandwiched between layers of fresh thyme biscuit, caramelized onion mashed potatoes, Lemberger soaked cranberries, roasted kabocha squash & port wine sauce paired with 2020 Pinot Noir

Course 5:

Raspberry Crème Brûlée, Mocha hazelnut chiffon cake, Dried cherry dark Belgian chocolate square paired with Ruby Port

Tickets are $125/person plus tax & gratuity. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the event for full refund. *Wine Club Members- in order to receive 10% off your event ticket in Tock, you must enter the same email address as the one that is associated with your wine club account at Fox Run. If you would like to sit with someone that made a separate reservation than you, please let us know so we can seat you at the same table.
