Celebrate Finger Lakes Wine Month and the longevity of cool-climate wines by tasting through select library wines with wine educator John Pulos in our Octagon Cellar Tasting Room every Sunday in the month of August. For $20, you will receive a vertical tasting of five wines, ranging in age from as far back as a decade ago to our current releases. You’ll learn and experience how differences in growing seasons and time in the bottle affect and evolve the wine.
Select library wines will be available for purchase while supplies last.
Verticals to be featured at various times this month:
Caywood East Riesling: Vintages ranging from 2012 to 2019 (available Aug. 8 and 15)
Cabernet Sauvignon: Vintages ranging from 2011 to 2019 (available Aug. 8 and 15)
Reserve Chardonnay: Vintages ranging from 2012 to 2019 (available Aug. 22 and 29)
Meritage: Vintages ranging from 2007 to 2019 (available Aug. 22 and 29)
There will be one red vertical and one white vertical available on each date. You can reserve a spot by submitting a reservation on our website, and you will make your vertical selection from the available options when you arrive for your tasting.
