Celebrate love at Fox Run!
Enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner paired with five wines (including a tank sample!) prepared by Chef Brud Holland. This dinner will take place in our historic barrel room with group seating at tables of eight guests. Each course delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run’s wines- a combination that is too good to resist.
Tickets are $125/person plus tax & gratuity (listed as service charge at checkout).
First Course:
-Porcini mushroom risotto
-Baked littleneck clams
-Escargot & Herb butter in a puff pastry shell
-Seared scallop with shallot lemon butter

Second Course:
Winter Vegetable Salad
-roasted vegetables, arugula, raspberry & pomegranate dressing on Swedish flatbread
Wine pairing: 2022 Traminette
Third Course:
Lobster & shrimp “Luxe Mac”
-mini shell pasta, curly citrus shrimp, velvety cheese & garlic cream sauce, mini shells, East Hill Creamery “Silver Lake” Reserve & Jakes Gouda cheeses finished with lobster salad & salmon roe

Fourth Course:
Roasted, English tea rubbed lamb loin
-with dried fruit compote, mashed potato fritter, smashed peas & rosemary
Wine pairing: 2022 Cabernet Franc
Fifth Course:
-Warm chocolate cake with bourbon vanilla sauce & spiced pecans
-Salted Caramel Square
-Wedge of Muranda blue cheese with a honey drizzle
