Sommelier Series: Blind Tasting

How well do you know our wines? Calling all Lakewood lovers and loyalists: Put your taste buds to the test with a friendly competition of blind-tasting! Our team will provide you and/or your tasting team with a flight of six (6) unmarked wines and set you on your way to blind-tasting glory!

You will have 20 minutes to correctly identify the six wines using only your senses of sight, smell and taste. Sommelier Terence Lane will precede the competition with a brief crash-course on blind-tasting wizardry to assist you on your mission.

The individual or team to correctly identify all six mystery wines will receive a certificate of prestige signed by our matriarch Bev Stamp.

Competition admission is $30 per person ($25 for Rose Guild Members) and includes a mystery flight of six wines, tasting seminar, and snacks. We can’t wait to see your skills! Reservations are required by calling 607-535-9252.
