As the Crow Flies Pies was born in the Spring of 2021. Inspired by the purchase of a new motorcycle and an ah ha moment, Crow Marley and Ellen Stechman – partners and longtime residents of Hector NY – have combined their varied talents to create hand crafted, local in-season fruit pies!

Crow learned the fine art of pie crust making from her great grandmother. Ellen, who trained at the New England Culinary Institute, is the creator of the flavorful fillings. Together they make perfect little hand pies that have gained popularity through regular pie pop-ups in the Finger Lakes.

We are excited to welcome them to Atwater where their delicious pies are sure to sell out!
