Join us on Sunday, August 18th & 25th for live cooking demonstrations by our Chef, Brud Holland, to celebrate Finger Lakes Wine Month!
These demos will take place each date at 12:00PM & 2:00PM in our historic barrel room. Enjoy a welcome glass of wine while you learn from one of the most experienced chefs in the Finger Lakes and watch a dish be prepared live. This is a unique opportunity to try an award-winning Finger Lakes wine paired with a dish made with the best local ingredients. After the demo, enjoy a small sample of the dish and get a recipe card to take home! Each session is roughly 45-minutes long.
