Fox Run Vineyards invites you to explore the complex flavors of Indian cuisine and Finger Lakes Riesling. It’s no secret how well Rieslings’ delicate flavors illuminate the rich Indian spices we all love. Learn, sip, and enjoy five courses paired with eight different Fox Run Rieslings, including five selections from our extensive library of older vintages. Our chef and winemaking team will walk you through each course with a unique combination of cultural intrigue, tasting references and a little bit of food & wine science. This dinner will be held on April 20th at 6:30pm in our historic barrel room.
