Choose either our Apple Pommeau hard cider paired with a pommeau inspired donut or a Bombshell hard cider paired with a bombshell inspired donut.
Our Pommeau hard cider is made from 100% New York State apples. It was barrel fermented and aged 9 months in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. It has ripe tones of apple and pear that give way to brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pie on the pallet.
