A Toast to Summer Pairing

It’s time for warm weather and that means BBQs, picnics, family and neighborhood get togethers.  There is nothing like celebrating summer with good food, family, friends and of course a perfect bottle of wine.   It’s the inspiration behind our next featured Food and Wine pairing – we are calling it – A Toast to Summer!

We’ve procured those summer flavors and foods and tasted, tasted, tasted again to find the perfect pairing of Toast Wine – and we are bringing it to you, all weekend long Friday – Sunday throughout the month of June (May 31 – Jun 30) as we celebrate all things summer in the tasting room.  This pairing features:

Local Shtayburne Farms Ice Cream Sandwich – paired with our 2021 Zweigelt

Fresh cut watermelon – paired with our 2023 Dry Rosé of Cabernet Franc

Corn Bread – paired with our 2021 Unoaked Chardonnay

Creamy Vegetable Dip – paired with our 2020 Celebration White

Lemon cookie wafers – paired with our 2022 Luminescence – our white port-style wine
