Tickets are 100% digital, which means they will arrive to either your email inbox, your cell phone by text message, or your Apple Wallet, depending upon which option you chose at check out. If you chose to receive your tickets via email, please double check your junk/spam folder OR if using Gmail, check the "Promotions" folder, as sometimes our event tickets bounce to those folders automatically.
If, after you've looked at your email inbox, you cannot locate your tickets, please email brittany@senecalakewine.com with the name on the order and the email address to which they should be sent, and we will be glad to assist you!
