War Horse Brewing
Part of the Three Brothers Wineries experience, War Horse Brewing Company offers an array of hand crafted microbrews, hard ciders, and sodas. In the fall, try the world’s first Riesling Ale, a light beer made with estate grown Riesling juice.
War Horse started brewing onsite after completing their production facility in May 2016. Beers are brewed on a 15bbl system. Year round you can enjoy their Lieutenant Dan IPA, Royal Kilt Inspector Scotch Ale, and Breakfast with Churchill Oatmeal Coffee Stout. Check their website to see their rotating seasonals and specialties.
War Horse also produces a line of hard ciders called “Red Apple Bombshell” and five craft sodas, all available in cans. The Red Apple Bombshell line of ciders is made using 100% New York State apples.
The Tasting Room
The tasting room was renovated and rebuilt in 2016. It is part of the Three Brothers Wineries & Estates campus and connects to their brewing facility and cafe. The tasting room is themed as a British town during World War II. Inspiration for both Red Apple Bombshell and War Horse Brewing Company draws from co-owner Luanne’s father, who served in the Navy during World War II. Tastings, pints, and flights are available daily and can be enjoyed with food from their onsite cafe. Beverages are available for purchase in growlers, crowlers, and cans. Seating is available both inside and outside, when the weather allows. The facility is open every day, hours change seasonally. Check their website for current times. Private event space available.
