Welcome to our family farm!

We are located on the west side of Seneca Lake, directly on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, just north of Watkins Glen.  Our family’s goal is to produce fresh and delicious food while allowing you to see where it comes from and how it’s made!

Cheese, Ice Cream, and More!

It all started with the cheese. We make cheddars – aged, flavored and mild, flavored monterey jack cheeses, and cheese curds made fresh every week. We also make our own ice cream in house.  It’s smooth creamy and delicious! We have many different flavors to choose from.

Cheese and Ice Cream Flights

Our cheese and ice cream flights are a favorite.  It’s a fun way to try a variety of cheese and ice cream.  Bring a friend or two or three to share it with. We also serve ice cream in cones, floats, frosted drinks, and milkshakes.

Our store is right on the farm so you will be sure to see a few cows and if you happen to be there on cheese making day you can watch the process.  We look forward to having you!
