Join Silver Thread owner/winemakers Shannon & Paul Brock for the annual Winter Wine & Food Pairing. We’ll be focusing on our natural wines this year, aka the Good Earth Series! Sip the 2025 Petillant Naturel upon being seated, then savor all three of our Good Earth wines – including the upcoming, not-yet-released Good Earth Riesling! – alongside thoughtfully-paired appetizers cooked right here in the Winegarden kitchen. This is a great chance to chat about Finger Lakes winemaking and stock up on delicious, sustainable, artisanal wines.
