What: Hosted at the VIP Library Room at the Estate – the original Silver Thread location – a vertical wine tasting led by Silver Thread owner-winemakers, Shannon and Paul Brock.

Taste wines from the 2012 vintage up to the present. Learn about vintage variation, vineyard practices, organic grape-growing, and more from two of the experts.

Both Shannon and Paul are wine educators. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, purchase some of the Finger Lakes’ most premium wines, and “geek out” with a couple of down-to-earth wine professionals who are passionate and knowledgeable about what they do.

April 11: Dry Riesling & Cabernet Franc

May 9: Estate Riesling (medium-dry) & Blackbird Red (Cab Franc blend)
