Join us for a hands-on sourdough baking class on May 17th from 11 AM – 1 PM with Knead and Seed Bakery. This immersive class is perfect for beginners and home bakers looking to build confidence with sourdough.
Each participant will receive a banneton, Danish dough whisk, and dough scraper, and will mix and shape two sourdough loaves during class. You’ll take your dough home and bake the loaves the next day, so you get the full sourdough experience from start to finish.
