Chef Gabe has meticulously crafted a delectable array of house-made pizzas, each a masterpiece of taste and thoughtfully paired with two estate wines. Head winemaker Aaron Roisen and VP of Production Justin Paolicelli will be floating around during the dinner to talk about wine, 3Bros, and whatever else you want to chat about!

1st Course: Sweet Potato Cauliflower Flatbread (goat cheese, maple butter, sage and balsamic glaze on a cauliflower crust) Paired with Barrel Aged Chardonnay and Barbera
2nd Course: NY Style Eggplant Parm (breaded eggplant, burrata, marinara sauce) Paired with 1st Degree Riesling and Bourbon Barbera
3rd Course: Lamb Roasted Stromboli (red pepper, sundried tomatoes, feta, olives, and tzatziki sauce) Paired with Sauvignon Blanc and Red Field Blend
4th Course: Chorizo Deep Dish (cotija cheese, red sauce, parmesan, and chorizo) Paired with 2nd Degree Riesling and Estate Pinot Noir
5th Course: Chocolate Pizza (dark chocolate, nuts) Paired with White Merlot and Unreported (Ruby Port)
