Winery Holiday Hours
Many of our wineries are open 362 days out of the year, though some are closed seasonally, and for certain holidays. You can see more detailed information on our FAQ page, where we have a section dedicated to this question here: We always recommend you directly contact any winery you’re especially interested in visiting on a given holiday to make sure they will be open, as sometimes they change their schedule and don’t necessarily inform us.

Surrounding the sapphire waters of Seneca Lake, our 31 member wineries invite you to experience a destination rich in history, beauty, and the production of world-class wines. Located in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes Region, our climate supports not only the growth of hardy native grapes and premium hybrids, but also more delicate varieties such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. Along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail you will truly find a wine to suit every taste.

“Grown Here. Made Here” is more than just a slogan, it’s an accurate portrayal of our Seneca Lake wines. Each of our member wineries have their own vineyards and proudly cultivate those vineyards and make those grapes into the wines we love.

Trail-wide Events
