Enjoy a glass of our Nouveau wine and hearty seasonal\nhors d’oeuvres from Veraisons\, amongst the fall foliage. \nOur annual Nouveau celebration began in 1977\, the year we were established\, as a way of celebrating our first harvest and we’ve continued the tradition every year since over our 40+ year history. \nEach year\, our Nouveau wine undergoes a quick primary fermentation before being racked and put in a wooden cask. The resulting wine is intensely fresh and fruity.
