While enjoying the natural flavors of the Cabernet Franc varietal\, you will measure both the Brix and pH to see the science behind the magic. The group will finish the experience with a vertical tasting of Cabernet Franc from previous vintages produced from those same vines.\nThe Harvest Experience sessions are available by reservation only on Saturday\, September 30th at 11:30am and 2:30pm\, and Sunday\, October 1st at 12pm.
