DESCRIPTION:Burning of the Canes- Saturday\, March 18. 12-4pm\n\n\n\nEach winter our vineyard workers spend countless hours pruning the vines for the upcoming season. Instead of mulching some of the cast off canes\, we partake in the ancient winemaking tradition of burning the canes in bonfires! Celebrate the start of a new vintage with us with bonfires\, food\, wine\, and live music by Blue Eyed Soul. \n\n\n\nFREE ADMISSION. \n\n\n\nFeel free to bring chairs and blankets. Please\, no outside food and beverage. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome. \n\n\n\nFood menu to include: \n\nSkewers- Riesling Sausage or Curried Chicken (with maple syrup or Indian yogurt sauce)\, Sides: griddle fried potatoes & house made applesauce \n\nSoft pretzels with Chardonnay fondue \n\nPotato chowder
