DESCRIPTION:The Boundary Breaks Winter Wine Exploration Series is back for a second season. Join us for a wine-centric adventure to explore and discover the wonderful world of wine and just what exactly is being poured into your glass.\n\nEvery weekend incorporates a different theme of wine education.  We will hold the tastings in our warehouse\, two seating’s are held on Saturdays at 11AM and 2PM\, and one on Sundays at 12PM. As this is a reservation only experience\, tickets are available for each session for $35 per person. There are only thirty (30) seats available at each session\, so get your tickets fast!\n\nThe following dates correspond with the specific theme for the sessions of that weekend.\nJanuary 6th and 7th: Food Pairing Exploration- Learn the art of wine and food harmony.\nJanuary 20th and 21st: Blind Tasting of Cool Climate White Wines- Identify cool climate white wine characteristics.\nFebruary 10th and 11th: Vinifera\, Hybrid\, and Native Wines- Explore grape varieties and their use in the Finger Lakes.\nFebruary 24th and 25th: Blind Tasting of Cool Climate Red Wines- Sample cool climate red wines and discuss their unique traits.\nMarch 16th and 17th: Sparkling Wine Exploration- Dive into bubbly wines\, their production methods\, and palate experience.\nMarch 23rd and 24th: Bordeaux Blending- Blend your own Bordeaux-style wine and compare with others
