DESCRIPTION:In this special tasting\, you’ll receive exclusive library samples of our 2017\, 2019\, and 2020 Cabernet Francs as well as our current Cab Franc 2022 to enhance your understanding of the many factors that play subtle roles in a single wine. \nOur head winemaker\, Wes Andrew\, will guide you through the tasting and offer insight into how weather and choices in the vineyard and cellar affect each vintage’s unique characteristics. \nEach vintage will be paired with a special crostino prepared by Sapore who is known for bringing authentic handcrafted Italian cooking to the Finger Lakes region.
