SUMMARY:Wagner Virtual Tasting Series: Crafting Single-Vineyard Riesling
DESCRIPTION:We’re back in the vineyard for this Friday’s live event\, taking place Friday\, April 8 at 5 p.m. ET on the Wagner Vineyards Facebook page. Join co-owner and vineyard manager John Wagner in the esteemed Caywood East vineyard as he discusses the triumphs and challenges of crafting a Riesling from a single vineyard. \nCaywood East has long been a benchmark growing site for the Wagner family and for the past 15 years has produced some of the most compelling vinifera wines in the Finger Lakes. John will discuss the re-planting of the vineyard to Riesling as well as what makes the site so unique. \nTaste along with us by grabbing a bottle or two of 2018 Caywood East Dry Riesling (92 points Editor’s Choice\, Wine Enthusiast) here: https://store.wagnervineyards.com/riesling-caywood-east-p37.aspx
