For the first time ever, Fox Run Vineyards invites you to explore the complex flavors of Indian cuisine and Finger Lakes Riesling on Saturday, April 1 at 6:30pm.
It’s no secret how well Rieslings’ delicate flavors illuminate the rich Indian spices we all love. Learn, sip, and enjoy four courses paired with eight different Fox Run Rieslings, including five selections from our extensive library of older vintages.
Our chef and winemaking team will walk you through each course with a unique combination of cultural intrigue, tasting references and a little bit of food & wine science.
