Cooking Class: Ceviche, Mole Enchiladas & Salsa

Learn the ins and the outs of cooking techniques from Fox Run’s highly acclaimed chef, Brud Holland. You will prepare the majority of the meal, while also enjoying one-on-one instruction and a cooking demonstration by the chef. Afterward, sit down and sip a complimentary glass of wine while you indulge in your creation!
This class features: Gulf shrimp and Grouper ceviche, chicken mole enchiladas, and bean, corn, & chili salsa. Tickets are $45 + tax.
