Ingredients

  • 8 oz. button mushrooms, quartered
  • 4 oz. red onions, diced
  • 1 oz. garlic, diced
  • 8 oz. Ventosa Vineyards Saggio series V
  • 8 oz. red wine vinegar
  • 8 oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
