2009 SPECIAL EVENT WEEKEND PACKAGING PDF Print E-mail

Packages for 2009 event are now on sale!  Below are the packages we will offer in 2009.  Thank you for coming to visit the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes Region.  We look forward to continuing to help making your visit simple and fun.

The Trail office has put together some simple and convenient packages just for you.  We did all the planning so you can just come out and enjoy the event weekend!

Packages include event tickets for 2 people; lodging includes 1 room, double occupancy, 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday) at a clean and friendly location. Rooms are guaranteed late arrival for Friday night and unless otherwise requested, are for non-smoking guests.  We will also provide 8 hours of transportation on Saturday of the event (8 hours starting at pick up and ending at drop off at your accommodation.  Includes gratuity). Please take note that our policy for passengers, as well as the drivers, is not to allow drinking of alcohol in the vehicles as well as no drugs, smoking or foul language during this trip.

Packages are non-refundable within 30 days of each event weekend, with no exceptions made to this policy under any circumstances.  Due to the time needed to organize these packages, we cannot at this time, make personal preference changes.

Cost:  $407  (10 packages available) We would like to invite you to our Deck the Halls Weekend!  Each package is for 1 couple. You will receive 1 couple's ticket (2 people tasting and sampling foods, you share the wreath packet and ornaments you collect throughout the event weekend), 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Ramada Inn Geneva Lakefront and 8 hours of transportation on Saturday provided by Grapevine Country Tours.  Grapevine Country Tours will pick you up at 9:50 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Belhurst Winery at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:35, ready to go, as the bus will depart at 9:50 a.m. sharp. (Customers that sleep in too late will miss the bus and have to drive themselves to the event, with no refund.)  You will then continue south along the western shore of Seneca Lake, sampling wines and food at participating wineries.  We recommend you bring a lunch with you.  Bottled water will be provided during your trip. The driver will return you back to your hotel by 5-5:30 p.m.   The tickets are good for Sunday also, so you are welcome to visit any of the remaining wineries on your own though transportation will not be provided.  Sunday event hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cost:  $457 (10 packages available) We would like to invite you to our Deck the Halls weekend!  Each package is for 1 couple. You will receive 1 couple's ticket (2 people tasting and sampling foods, you share the wreath packet and ornaments you collect throughout the event weekend), 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Holiday Inn Elmira, Saturday & Sunday morning breakfast for two and 8 hours of transportation on Saturday provided by Finger Lakes Wine Tour Transportation.  Finger Lakes Wine Tour Transportation will pick you up at 9:30 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Castel Grisch Winery at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:15, ready to go, as the bus will depart at 9:30 a.m. sharp. (Customers that sleep in too late will miss the bus and have to drive themselves to the event, with no refund.)  You will then continue north along the western shore of Seneca Lake, sampling wines and food at participating wineries.  We recommend you bring a lunch with you.  Bottled water will be provided during your trip. You will receive 1 couple's ticket (2 people tasting and sampling foods, you share the wreath packet and ornaments you collect throughout the event weekend), 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Holiday Inn Waterloo, Saturday & Sunday morning breakfast for two and 8 hours of transportation on Saturday provided by Quality Wine Tours.  Quality Wine Tours will pick you up at 9:40 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Ventosa Vineyards at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:25, ready to go, as the bus will depart at 9:40 a.m. sharp. (Customers that sleep in too late will miss the bus and have to drive themselves to the event, with no refund.)  You will then continue south along the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, sampling wines and food at participating wineries.  We recommend you bring a lunch with you.  Bottled water will be provided during your trip. You will receive 1 couple's ticket (2 people tasting and sampling foods, you share the wreath packet and ornaments you collect throughout the event weekend), 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, one of Seneca Lake areas newest and finest accommodations, hosting a full service, fine dining restaurant, an indoor heated swimming pool and state of the art fitness center. This package offers 8 hours of transportation on Saturday provided by Quality Wine Tours.  Quality Wine Tours will pick you up at 9:30 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:15, ready to go, as the bus will depart at 9:30 a.m. sharp.
