The Seneca Lake Wine Trail's events season is in high gear, starting off with our annual Bargain Bash! Unlike our other events, this week long sales event does not require tickets. Think of Bargain Bash as being like a big, Trail-wide spring cleaning, garage sale!

Participating wineries take the opportunity to clean out their inventory and drop prices on select items consisting of everything from wine, to wine glasses, clothes and other retail items. This event will be held January 8-17, 2011. If you are on our mailing list, you'll also receive a postcard once per year that includes half a dozen coupons that can be used during this event. If you did not already receive this postcard, sign up to be on our mailing list and we'll do our best to get you a postcard before Bargain Bash starts up.

HERE ARE SAMPLES OF THE 2010's DEALS - WE'LL UPDATE THIS IN DECEMBER:

  • Belhurst Winery - Cayuga 2008 – 30% off (no further discounts apply). Holiday Merchandise up to 50% off. Monogrammed bottle stoppers $9.95 each (regularly $14.95 each). Cork Cages, Wood Wine Glass & Bottle Puzzles…30% OFF. Many other clearance items up to 50% off!

  • Earle Estates Winery & Meadery - Special sales on select meads & wines plus 20% off on cases. Sale on select shirts & accessories. Some bargain wines @ 7.99/ bottle.
  • Miles Wine Cellars - This year for Bargain Bash we will offer 20% off all gifts and 20% off Cabernet Franc.
  • Villa Bellangelo - We will once again be doing our "surprise discount." Guests will pop a balloon at checkout to reveal a coupon good for five to fifty percent off their purchase. Some coupons will be for a free bottle of wine.
  • Hickory Hollow Wine Cellars - We are again bringing out the wheel to spin for great deals, such as a free liquid wisdom shirt, a hat, a bottle of LW, or maybe 10% off on purchases or more.
  • Glenora Wine Cellars - Purchase a case of wine and receive a coupon for a one night stay at The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars at the rate of $60 for the one night stay - offer is valid now through March 31, 2010 on Vintner's Guest Rooms and Vintner's Deluxe Guest Rooms.
