Glorious Garlic Dinner – Saturday July 26, 2008 – 6pm to 10pm We are planning the 13th Annual Garlic Dinner and it is going to be better that ever. Guest Chef Tony Gullace, of Max of Eastman Place, has again wielded his magic and organized a delicious five course menu – each dish infused with GARLIC and paired marvelously with our wines. The music for the evening will be performed by Trés Swing, a fabulous vintage string jazz band from Ithaca. Of course, all this accompanied by the sunset - then the moon, a waning crescent, over gorgeous Seneca Lake. Please join us under the tent in our vineyard.
