A collaborative of farms whose goal is to promote the production and sale of artisan cheeses from the Finger Lakes region, facilitate consumer education, and encourage tourism to the region to benefit member producers. These are just some of the artisan cheeses you’ll find along from among the Cheese Alliance! They have 7 Destination Farms — most with regular hours year round, and a few irregular or seasonal hours. They also have 3 Production Farms that make terrific cheese, but are not open to the public (some may have self serve coolers: visit the Alliance’s website for more information on this).
